What makes your soft washing better than standard pressure washing for our customers and their properties?
The 2 stage soft wash process we use is by far the best technique used in the industry today. It simply relies on the detergents to do the majority of the work. The pressure washer is mainly used to rinse it off.
What are the most common questions or worries customers have before booking a pressure washing service?
The most common questions is how long the roof treatments take to work, which i have answered in another segment and if the products we use will damage the garden. We always assure the customers that it will not.

We cover from North Auckland to South Hamilton.

They are priced by size, height, accessibility, and how dirty they are.
How long do the roof treatments take to work?
This will vary depending on the type of roof and how thick the growth is. A long run or pressed tin roof will usually take around three months for the full result, while a concrete tile roof can take six months or more. A decramastic roof that is heavy with lichen may take up to a year and also may require a second treatment in some cases. Over this time there will be very subtle colour changes that indicate the successful progress of the treatment.
